Rule 111-8-4-.08 - Inspections(1) The ambulatory surgical treatment center shall be available at all reasonable and/or scheduled operating hours for observation and examination by properly identified representative of the Department.(2) The governing body shall notify the Department of the anticipated opening date of a newly constructed center in order that a preopening licensure inspection of the center may be conducted to determine compliance with these rules and regulations.(3) The administrator or his representative shall accompany the Department representative on all tours of inspection and shall sign the completed checklist.(4) Each center shall be periodically inspected to determine whether the center is continuing to meet these requirements or is making satisfactory progress on approved plans of correction.Ga.
