Section 69O-192.035 - Agreements and Management Contracts

Any agreement between the arrangement and any administrator or service company which is to be made available for review rather than filed with the Office shall be subject to the following:

(1) The document shall be made available to the Office at a location in Tallahassee or at such other location as is agreeable to the Office at no travel expense to the Office.

(2) If the Office determines that the document is the basis for denial of the arrangement's application for a Certificate of Authority, the arrangement shall provide the document at any hearing that is conducted pursuant to such denial.
