Section 69B-150.109 - Use of Dividends(1) An advertisement shall not be used that utilizes or describes dividends in a manner which is misleading or has a tendency to mislead.(2) An advertisement shall not directly or indirectly state or imply that the amount of dividends or divisible surplus is guaranteed; nor shall such advertisement state or imply that a policyholder will profit by the growth of the company.(3) Any comparison between participating and non-participating policies or contracts must be true and accurate.Fla.
