Section 69A-43.019 - Standards of the National Fire Protection Association Adopted(1) Except as modified by Section 509.215, F.S., the standards of the National Fire Protection Association, NFPA 101, the Life Safety Code, the edition as adopted and incorporated in Rule 69A-3.012, F.A.C., shall be the uniform firesafety standards for "public lodging establishments," as defined in Section 509.013(4)(a), F.S., which are "transient establishments," as defined in Section 509.013(11), F.S.(2) The codes and standards published by the National Fire Protection Association may be obtained by writing to the National Fire Protection Association at 1 Batterymarch Park, Quincy, Massachusetts 02169-7471. All codes and standards referenced in this rule are also available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Bureau of Fire Prevention, Division of State Fire Marshal, 325 John Knox Road, The Atrium, Third Floor, Tallahassee, Florida 32303.Fla.
