Section 69A-41.012 - Exits(1) Means of Egress. Doors leading from rooms used by 100 or more persons in a residential child care facility shall be equipped with approved panic hardware.(2) Marking Means of Egress. Exits signs shall not be required in residential child care facility in which the total number of resident children is 16 or fewer.Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 69A-41.012
