Section 65G-2.005 - License Denial, Suspension or Revocation(1) A license to operate a residential facility is not assignable and is valid only for the entity, premises, and purposes specified in the license.(2) A change of licensee or a move of the facility to another location shall result in the revocation of the license.Fla.
