Section 62-620.705 - Procedures for General Permits(1) A general permit shall be issued upon adoption as a rule and shall be modified by rule revision or revoked by repeal of the rule.(2) The procedures to obtain and use a general permit under Section 403.814, F.S., are set forth in Part III of Chapter 62-4, F.A.C.(3) Any person complying with the requirements of a general permit may use the permit 30 days after giving notice to the Department without any agency action. When no agency action is taken, unless the Department or the applicant publishes notice of the application, the provisions of Chapter 120, F.S., granting to affected parties the right to an administrative hearing do not apply.Fla.
