Section 61G15-22.014 - Duration of Provider Status(1) Continuing education providers are approved only for the biennium during which they applied and must reapply for provider status at the beginning of each biennium. The biennium for continuing education providers ends on May 31st of each odd-numbered year.(2) A provider must reapply for approval ninety (90) days prior to the date of expiration of provider status in order to prevent a lapse in provider status.Fla.
