Section 60H-3.006 - Public Notice(1) Offers of real property to be purchased pursuant to Section 255.28, F.S., will be publicly solicited by notice in the Florida Administrative Register and a newspaper of general circulation in the area where the real property is needed.(2) Specific parcels of real property being purchased pursuant to Section 255.28, F.S., will be subject to public hearing as an item on the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund agenda when the transaction is reviewed for approval.Fla.
