Section 40D-2.621 - Water-Conserving Credits(1) Permittees with an individual WUP authorizing a water withdrawal within the SWUCA for irrigation may earn Water-Conserving Credits to withdraw additional quantities of ground water for use at the site at which they were earned and for the source for which they were earned. Water-Conserving Credits are earned if less than the allowable amount of groundwater is applied to actual planted acreage as set forth in the WUP Applicant's Handbook Part B Chapter 3,(2) Withdrawals under the Water-Conserving Credits shall meet the Conditions for Issuance set forth in Rule 40D-2.301, F.A.C.Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 40D-2.621
