Section 15A-6.003 - Filing(1) In construing these rules or any order of a hearing officer, filing shall mean received by the office of the clerk of the appropriate division office during normal business hours or by the hearing officer during the course of a hearing.(2) All documents filed by the driver with the division shall contain the following:(a) The style of the proceeding, if known;(b) The name of the driver and the driver's license number;(c) The docket, case, citation, or file number, if any;(d) The name, address, and telephone number of the person filing the document; and,(e) The signature of the person filing the document.(3) Any document received by the office of the clerk after 6:00 p.m. shall be filed as of the next business day.Fla.
