Each applicant to establish a public charter school/interim Trustees shall, prior to approval, provide the names, a resume, and a police clearance for each person who will have any responsibility for management of the school's funds. Should there be a proposed change in fiscal responsibility, the Trustees shall submit to the Board the names, background clearance, resume, and specific function of identified persons.
Prior to final approval of the public charter school, the Trustees shall submit, for Board review, a detailed financial management plan that includes, but may not be limited to, the following:
