Rule 4-704 - SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION REGARDING ALLEGED DISCRIMINATION
704.1

The Office shall accept information concerning alleged violations of the Act, Title VII of the federal Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VIII of the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1968, and other applicable statutes from any person.

704.2

Where the information discloses that a person is entitled to file a charge with the Office, the matter will be investigated.

704.3

Any person or organization may request the issuance of a Director's order for an inquiry into individual or systematic discrimination prohibited by any of the laws referred to in § 704.l.
