Rule 31-513 - THREATENING, HARASSING, AND ABUSIVE CONDUCT PROHIBITED
513.1

An owner, employee, agent, or representative or affiliate of a taxicab company, association, or fleet, while performing duties or responsibilities related to the operations of the taxicab company, association, or fleet, shall not:

(a) Threaten, harass, or abuse a Commission representative, District government employee, or other person; or
(b) Use or attempt to use physical force against a Commission representative, District government employee, or other person.
