The official offices of the Commission shall be 2401 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, S.E., 2nd Floor, Washington, D.C. 20020.
The office hours of the Commission are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Public records of the Panel may be examined in the offices of the Commission during normal office hours. A person requesting to listen to a tape recorded proceeding should notify the Commission in advance in order that appropriate arrangements can be made.
