Rule 31-301 - APPOINTMENT OF THE CO-CHAIRPERSON AND SECRETARY

301.1

The Chairperson may designate a member of the Panel to serve as Co-Chairperson of the Panel.

301.2

The General Counsel to the Commission shall serve as Secretary to the Panel.
