Rule 3-1900 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
1900.1

In accordance with the provisions of the D.C. Self-Government Act, the Council of the District of Columbia may, by Resolution, call a special election to present for an advisory referendum vote of the people any proposition upon which the Council desires to take action. Such election shall be implemented in accordance with this Chapter.

1900.2

Any committee organized in support of, or in opposition to, any advisory referendum presented to voters shall file a verified statement of contributions with the Office of Campaign Finance.
