Rule 29-8308 - SIGNAGE
8308.1

CFSA shall post a sign in a conspicuous place on the exterior of each authorized receiving facility in the District. The sign shall state in plain terms that a newborn may be surrendered at the facility and shall provide information about how a person can determine whether a particular newborn has been surrendered.
