Rule 29-3106 - USE OF FUNDS

3106.1

The financial assistance provided shall include tuition and may depending on a needs analysis include the following:

(a) Reasonable cost of textbooks and supplies;

(b) Reasonable transportation costs to and from classes;

(c) Reasonable costs of child care while attending classes; and

(d) A stipend to defray the reasonable cost of living expenses for full-time independent students.
