Rule 26-A8202 - SALE OR TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

The sale or transfer of ownership process in section 104 of the Act shall apply to the holder of a Start-Up Certificate, Preliminary Certificate, Permanent License, and Restricted or Conditional License.
