The Department may impose civil infraction fines and penalties for violations of any provision of this Subtitle pursuant to the Civil Infractions Act.
A licensee who receives a Notice of Infraction as specified in § 800.1(c), may pay the assessed fine or appear before the Office of Administrative Hearings as directed on the reverse side of the Notice of Infraction in accordance with the "Office of Administrative Hearings Rules of Practice and Procedure" in 1 DCMR § 2808.
