Rule 25-E100 - TITLE - BARBER, COSMETOLOGY, AND PERSONAL GROOMING FACILITIES REGULATIONS (BARBER SHOPS, BEAUTY SHOPS, AND NAIL SALONS)

These provisions shall be known as the Barber, Cosmetology, and Personal Grooming Facilities Regulations (Barber Shops, Beauty Shops, and Nail Salons) hereinafter referred to as "this Subtitle."
