A club may, without losing its character as a club, grant permission to a member of the club to engage the club property and facilities for the use of an organization, association, or committee of which the club member is also a member; provided, that the granting of use by non-members under this section shall not be so frequent as to constitute a commercial or business purpose.
The members of the organization, association, or committee using the club may share the expenses of such use.
The use of a club by an organization, association, or committee in accordance with this section shall not be open to the public.
