Rule 23-210 - OFF-PREMISES STORAGE PERMITS
210.1

The holder of a manufacturer's license, class A, B, or C, wholesaler's license, class A or B, retailer's license, class A, B, C, or D, or a caterer's license shall obtain an off-premises storage permit to store alcoholic beverages at a storage facility approved by the Board.

210.2

An off-premises storage permit shall be valid for three (3) years.
