Rule 23-207 - DISPOSAL PERMIT
207.1

A disposal permit shall allow the holder of a retailer's license who has had its license cancelled or revoked or is going out of business to sell or transport its remaining alcoholic beverages to a wholesaler or retailer located in the District or licensed under the law of any state or territory of the United States.

207.2

Alcoholic beverages sold under a disposal permit shall be delivered either to the purchasing wholesaler or retailer's licensed location or to another Board-approved location within the District.

207.3

A disposal permit issued under this section shall expire within thirty (30) days of issuance by the Board.
