Rule 23-202 - PUBLIC AUCTION PERMIT

202.1

A public auction permit shall authorize the following persons to auction alcoholic beverages for sale at a Board-approved location for purchase by other licensees or members of the public:

(a) A licensee that is going out of business or whose license has been cancelled, revoked, or not renewed by the Board; or

(b) An involuntary transfer license holder.
