Rule 23-1704 - SUBPOENAS

1704.1

The Board may upon its own motion, or upon the request of a party, compel witnesses to appear and testify or to produce books, records, papers, or other documents.

1704.2

Subpoenas shall be served by one of the methods set forth in D.C. Official Code § 25 -443(a).

1704.3

Subpoenas issued by the Board shall be enforceable in the manner prescribed in D.C. Official Code § 25 -443(c).
