Rule 23-1700 - APPLICABILITY

1700.1

This chapter shall apply to all hearings held before the Board.

1700.2

The Board may, for good cause shown and in the interests of justice or to prevent hardship, waive any of the provisions of this chapter in any proceeding after duly advising the parties of its intention to do so.
