Rule 23-1205 - LISTING OF BRANDS

1205.1

Within ten (10) days of offering an alcoholic beverage product for sale, each holder of a Manufacturer's or Wholesaler's license shall furnish to the Board the following information with respect to each item of beverage for sale:

(a) The brand or trade name and character; and

(b) The proof and age of each item, except beer.

1205.2

Written notice shall be given to the Board within ten (10) days after the discontinuance of the offering for sale of any item.
