Rule 22-C5201 - REGISTRATION APPLICATIONS NEAR SCHOOLS AND RECREATION CENTERS5201.1 A dispensary, cultivation center, or testing laboratory shall not locate within three hundred feet (300ft.) of a preschool, primary or secondary school, or recreation center.
5201.2The three hundred foot (300 ft.) distance shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of § 5000 of this subtitle.
