Rule 22-C5106 - MANAGER CERTIFICATION

5106.1

A manager's license shall authorize the licensee to manage a cultivation center, dispensary, or testing laboratory.

5106.2

The holder of a manager's license may be employed by one or more cultivation centers, dispensaries, or testing laboratories without further investigation, subject to compliance by the licensed business.

5106.3

A manager shall complete a medical marijuana training and education program conducted by a Board approved provider. The manager shall be recertified every 3 years from the date of the initial certification.

5106.4

A manager required to complete a medical marijuana training and education Program under this section shall submit proof of certification to the Board on a form supplied by a Board-approved training provider.
