Each home support agency shall develop and implement written operational policies and procedures that govern the day-to-day operations of the home support agency. These policies and procedures shall be approved by the governing body and shall be available for review by the Department.
The home support agency's written policies and procedures shall govern the following topics, at a minimum:
Staff shall be oriented towards the written policies and procedures. The written policies and procedures shall be readily available for use by staff at all times.
Written policies and procedures shall be available to clients, prospective clients, and client representatives, upon request.
