The rate of accrual of annual and sick leave will be determined by the Board.
The use and carry-over of annual and sick leave will be determined by the General Manager or his designee.
The Board of Directors of the Authority will determine the number of holidays that are granted to employees each year. The General Manager will establish the schedule of holidays and shall determine the leave year.
The Authority recognizes the following types of un-accrued leave that may be granted to eligible employees in qualifying circumstances:
