Rule 21-1151 - APPLICABILITY OF GROUND WATER STANDARDS

1151.1

The ground water standards and ground water classifications shall apply to all ground waters of the District.

1151.2

Whenever point source ground water pollution occurs, the numerical and enforcement standards of § 1109 shall be applied.
