Rule 20-4000 - PURPOSE

4000.1

The purpose of this chapter is to implement the Paint Stewardship Act of 2014 (D.C. Law 20-205; D.C. Official Code §§ 8-233.01et seq.) to create a producer responsibility program for paint in the District.
