Rule 18-1043 - PETITION FOR REVIEW BY APPEALS BOARD

Petitions for review shall comply with the requirements of petitions generally as provided in this chapter, and shall set out the requests for review.

The provisions of § 1005 with respect to the issuance of a temporary license as a stay of an order of suspension or revocation shall apply in any case pending final action on review.

Reviewing authority in cases involving suspension or revocation of operators' permits under the provisions of the Act of March 3, 1925 (D.C. Official Code § 40-403(a) (1981 ed.)) is delegated to the Director.
