Rule 17-733 - BUSINESS CORPORATIONS: CALCULATION OF FEES FOR ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

733.1

The Superintendent shall assign a value of one dollar ($ 1) to each authorized share for the purpose of calculating filing fees if the articles of incorporation include:

(a) A number of authorized shares; and

(b) Does not specify the par value for each authorized share.
