Rule 17-611 - STATUTORY TRUSTS FILING FEES611.1The following fees shall be charged for filings by statutory trusts:
(a) Certificate of trust: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);(b) Amendment or restatement of certificate of trust (also known as a statement of correction): two hundred twenty dollars ($220);(c) Filing required for merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);(d) Articles of dissolution: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);(e) Certificate of good standing or status certificates: fifty dollars ($50);(f) Certified copy of filing: fifty dollars ($50);(g) Biennial report: three hundred dollars ($300); (1) Late fee: an additional one hundred dollars ($100);(h) Reservation or transfer of name: fifty dollars ($50);(i) Registration or renewal of name: two hundred dollars ($200);(j) Change of registered agent by entity: fifty dollars ($50);(k) Change of name or address by noncommercial registered agent: fifty dollars ($50);(l) Foreign registration statement: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);(m) Amendment of foreign registration statement: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);(n) Withdrawal of registration of registered foreign entity: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);(o) Withdrawal on dissolution or conversion to non-filing entity other than limited liability partnership: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);(p) Transfer of registration: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);(q) Termination of registration reinstatement: three hundred dollars ($300);(r) Reinstatement after administrative dissolution: three hundred dollars ($300);(s) Statement of merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);(t) Amendment or abandonment of statement of merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);(u) Statement of interest exchange: two hundred twenty dollars ($220); and(v) Amendment or abandonment of statement of interest exchange: two hundred dollars ($220).D.C.
