Rule 17-2620 - TERM OF A LICENSE
2620.1

A license or certificate issued to a real estate broker, associate real estate broker, or property manager between January 1 and February 28 of an odd-numbered year shall be valid from the date of issuance through the end of the two-year (2) licensing period commencing on March 1 of that year.

2620.2

A real estate salesperson license issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire on August 31 of each odd-numbered year.

2620.3

The Board may change the license cycle to another system for administrative convenience.

2620.4

If the Board changes the license cycle under § 2620.3 of this section, the term of a license that is in effect on the date of the Board's determination to change the system may be extended up to three (3) years in order to permit an orderly transition.
