Rule 17-11207 - CERTIFICATION BY ENDORSEMENT

Notwithstanding the requirement of § 11202, an applicant for certification who is licensed, certified, or registered as a veterinary technician in another jurisdiction in the United States may qualify for certification by endorsement if:

(a) The applicant's license, certificate, or registration is in good standing; and

(b) The applicant meets the District of Columbia veterinary jurisprudence requirement in accordance with § 11204.
