Rule 15-617 - PENALTIES

617.1

Pursuant to D.C. Official Code §§ 34-706 and 34-708, a PSP that fails to comply with any lawful requirement or order of the Commission shall be subject to a fine of up to $5,000 for each day that the PSP willfully fails to comply with the Commission's order or directive.

617.2

Operation of a pay telephone without first registering the instrument with the Commission shall subject the PSP to a fine of up to $5,000.
