Rule 15-615 - DECISIONS AND APPEALS

615.1

The Hearing Officer shall render a decision within thirty (30) days after the close of the record.

615.2

Any party may appeal the Hearing Officer's decision to the Commission pursuant to § 326. The appeal shall be served on the Complainant(s), the PSP, the ANC Chairperson and Single Member District ANC Commissioner of the community in which the instrument is located, local civic association chair (if any), OPC, and the MPD District in which the instrument(s) is located or proposed to be located.
