The Licensee shall pay an assessment for the costs and expenses of the Commission and OPC as required by D.C. Official Code § 34-912(b) and any penalties assessed pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 34-1671.11.
The Licensee shall pay any additional fees imposed by the Commission pursuant to the Commission's rules, regulations, or orders.
