Rule 15-417 - PRESERVATION OF TENANT'S RIGHT OF ACTION

417.1

Nothing in this chapter shall be interpreted as preventing the tenant of the apartment house from pursuing any other action or remedy at law or equity that he or she may have against the owner or company.
