Rule 14-2603 - ELIGIBLE EXPENSES

2603.1

For Initial Retainer Seed Money Loans, eligible expenses are limited to the fees required to retain the professional services of an organizer, appraiser, lawyer, architect, engineer, and/or general developer/consultant.

2603.2

For Comprehensive Seed Money Loans, eligible expenses shall include the following:

(a) Fees for an organizer, engineer, appraiser, attorney, architect, and general developer/consultant;

(b) Loan processing fees;

(c) Closing costs recoverable from permanent financing;

(d) Cooperative organization and education; and

(e) Development and marketing service fees.
