Rule 10-B2719 - SEPARABILITY CLAUSE

2719.1

If any section or provision of this chapter is decided by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, the decision shall not affect the validity of this, chapter as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so decided to be unconstitutional or invalid.
