Grants and loans from the Escheated Estates Fund shall be made only for projects that will benefit low-income residents of the District of Columbia
For the purposes of § 2701.1, the term "low-income" means household income that does not exceed the federally defined poverty level, as such may be determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
Grants and loans from the Escheated Estates Fund may be made only to the following entities:
Advisory Neighborhood Commissions shall not be eligible to apply for grants or loans.
No grants or loans shall be made to individuals.
