Section 3511-3571 - Atlantic Sturgeon Moratorium on Possession(Penalty Section 7 Del.C. § 936 (b)(2))
1.0 It shall be unlawful for any person to harvest, possess, or land any Atlantic Sturgeon, Acipenser oxyrhynchus, or part thereof.2.0 It shall be unlawful for any person to attempt to harvest, possess, or land any Atlantic sturgeon or part thereof.7 Del. Admin. Code § 3511-3571
