Section 1213-2.0 - Purpose
2.1 The purpose of this Regulation is to recognize, permit and prescribe the use of the 2001 Commissioners Standard Ordinary (CSO) Mortality Table in accordance with 18 Del.C. § 1111, 1113 and 2929.
