Section 901-7.0 - When Arbitration May Be Commenced7.1 Arbitration may be commenced after the parties have attempted to resolve the matter informally and the Petitioner has provided the opposing party with all reasonably requested information in Petitioner's possession or provided the opposing party with an opportunity to obtain such information.7.2 The Panel may dismiss without prejudice the matter if it finds that the Petitioner has not attempted to resolve the matter informally or has failed to provide the opposing party with reasonably requested information.18 Del.
